Aprize, LLC was founded on November 26, 2019 in the state of Indiana, establishing the legal vehicle that would later become Aprize, PBC.
The original LLC focused on the methodological and data-engineering work that anchors today’s Donor Insight Report — a multi-year research effort to operationalize public-record financial data into rigorous, reproducible donor intelligence.
The entity has since converted to a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation under the Aprize, PBC name.
