On June 27, 2024, the founders formally articulated the vision that would become Aprize, PBC: a Public Benefit Corporation that leverages public, private, and philanthropic sector financial data for community impact.
The decision to incorporate as a PBC was made deliberately. As a Public Benefit Corporation, Aprize is legally obligated to balance financial returns with its public benefit purpose: to exponentiate community economic development.
