He has spent his career at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and mission-driven work, leading and advising organizations on how to turn complex data into decisions that actually move money to community impact. He leads Aprize's product direction, methodology, and administration.

His background spans analysis, people leadership, and operations across elite organizations, with a focus on building reproducible, defensible logic that leaders can stand behind in front of any board or major decision-maker. He leads Aprize's business development, partnerships, and board relations.

Jeff brings 40+ years of IT and business consulting to Aprize, with deep expertise in IT strategy, governance, information security, business continuity, and operational improvement. He is Principal of JTW Advisor Services LLC and previously served as Executive Director at Robert Half, Managing Director at Protiviti, and Partner at Arthur Andersen. He is concurrently pursuing a PhD in Leadership at Taylor University, with research focused on performance analysis.

She leverages extensive experience in economic development building institutional marketing tools for the investment promotion agency of Madagascar, facilitating public-private partnership, and conceptualizing development projects across key economic sectors in Madagascar. She holds an MBA and a Master’s in International Business from I.N.S.C.A.E. Antananarivo and Université de Poitiers.

Dan is a serial entrepreneur whose career spans more than two decades of building and operating early-stage companies. He is the owner of Flame Source LLC, founder and former CEO of Numa Coffee Co., and founder of Auxiom, a business-IT consulting practice he ran for over seven years under the banner “The Gold Standard in Business I.T.” At Aprize, he leads entrepreneurial operations—helping the company set its operating rhythm, navigate the practical mechanics of early-stage growth, and turn product traction into a scalable business.
