Matthew founded Aprize, PBC to give nonprofit fundraising teams the kind of donor intelligence that, until now, only the largest institutions could afford to build in-house. He has spent his career at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and mission-driven work, leading and advising organizations on how to turn complex data into decisions that actually move money to community impact. He leads Aprize's product direction, methodology, and administration.
Brian Myhre

Brian co-founded Aprize, PBC to make rigorous donor analytics practical for nonprofit teams of all sizes. His background spans analysis, people leadership, and operations across elite organizations, with a focus on building reproducible, defensible logic that leaders can stand behind in front of any board or major decision-maker. He leads Aprize's business development, partnerships, and board relations.
Steve Neidich
Co-Founder | Head of Technology Operations
Cleveland, OH
Steve architects and operates the systems Aprize runs on, from cloud and data infrastructure to the public-facing products they power. He has spent his career in enterprise IT, progressing from service desk and client engineering to ServiceNow development, consulting, and technical leadership, a path that gave him a practitioner's grasp of every layer of an organization's technology. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, he joined Aprize in 2024. He leads Aprize's technology operations: cloud architecture, data infrastructure, enterprise systems, and the operation of AI agents within the Aprize workforce.
George Verghese
Head of Product
Hyderabad, India
George Verghese brings 11 years of product leadership across fintech, enterprise software, and nonprofit strategy to Aprize’s mission. He has scaled products from inception through enterprise adoption, leading go-to-market strategies and building AI-native solutions for complex data challenges. With deep expertise in financial data, research analytics, and data integration, George now directs Aprize’s product development—refining the Donor Insight Report, building the Philanthropic Impact Report, and developing the Enterprise Intelligence platform. He believes rigorous intelligence and thoughtful technology can help mission-driven organizations make better decisions that move resources to impact.
Mahafahatra Vonintsoa
Economic Development Specialist
Antananarivo, Madagascar
Mahafahatra channels the fund-receiving community perspective into Aprize’s analytics and business development strategies and materials. She also leads ALTAR Intercessors, Aprize’s weekly call praying over the age of artificial intelligence. She draws on extensive economic development experience in Madagascar, where she built institutional marketing tools for the country’s investment promotion agency, facilitated public-private partnerships, and conceptualized development projects across key economic sectors. She holds an MBA and a Master’s in International Business from I.N.S.C.A.E. Antananarivo and Université de Poitiers.
Daniel Koger
Technical Advisor – Data Modeling and AI

Daniel brings more than four decades of experience in technology, data architecture, and consulting to Aprize. His career has included work with Microsoft, Apple, and PwC, along with extensive consulting experience helping organizations design and manage complex enterprise data environments. He specializes in enterprise data modeling, data architecture, and the practical application of artificial intelligence to business and technical problems.
At Aprize, Daniel advises the team on data modeling and AI, helping develop scalable data structures, sound modeling standards, and responsible approaches for incorporating AI. He is particularly interested in turning decades of practical experience into standards, methods, and tools that others can continue to build upon.
Christopher Nelson
Senior Director of Business Development
Atlanta, GA
Christopher brings more than 25 years of experience leading sales, go-to-market, and strategic partnerships for technology companies serving mission-driven organizations. He spent nearly seven years at Gloo, advancing from strategic initiatives through sales and strategic accounts, business development, and the Gloo Media Network to Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, and previously held roles at Ministry Brands and Blackbaud. Along the way he has led enterprise deals, built national partner networks, and helped organizations move from founder-led growth to repeatable revenue systems. He is Co-Founder and CEO of 10x10 Group and leads go-to-market for Aprize’s Donor Insight Report.
